Our EasyLoan Process was designed to simplify and speed up the loan process. In most cases, our EasyLoan Process will save you time and get you to the closing table faster. Best of all, this is a free service for our clients.

• Handle your entire loan transaction without leaving your home - no visits necessary.
• Receive your loan documents by postal mail or secure email. Fax back your completed documents or use the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided.
• Receive loan status reports by email. You may also check your loan status online 24/7.
• Receive access to Jenny 7 days a week from 8am-8pm to answer any questions.

Step 1: Fit. Call Jenny direct at 972.731.0165 and explain your needs and reasons for a new mortgage. Discuss loan objectives and interest rates. Next, Jenny will "fit" a loan program around your needs and will provide options for you to choose from.

If you like the online approach, you may also get pre-qualified by applying online using our secure loan application and telling us what you're looking for. When you submit an online application, your information is used to determine which loan program best suits your needs. Once Jenny has reviewed your information (within 1 business day), she will contact you to discuss your options. The online application is free with no obligation to continue after you receive the pre-qualification.

Step 2: Package. Using postal mail or password protected email, Jenny will send the necessary loan documents for you to complete along with instructions and loan checklist. You can complete the documents and gather other required paperwork at your home when it's convenient for you. Once complete, you can fax back the completed documents to 972.852.7952 or use the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided (we will mail it to you). Jenny will then review the information and "package" your loan file for submission to the Underwriter, who will approve your loan.

Step 3: Close. Jenny will work directly with the Underwriter to stay on top of your loan and relay progress reports back to you by email. She will contact you if more information is needed or you may contact her 7 days a week from 8am-8pm with any questions at anytime during the process. Once the loan is cleared to close, Jenny will call you to schedule your closing date.
